Mithila Tech Academy strives to provide quality education, internship training, website design services, software development services and professional support. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

Course Registration Fees

Registration fees, admission fees and enrollment charges paid for programming classes, internship programs, workshops and training courses are generally non-refundable.

Training & Internship Programs

Once a student has enrolled and training materials, classes, project access or internship resources have been provided, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

Website Design Services

Payments made for website design, website development, maintenance, hosting, domain registration, SEO services, digital marketing services and software development are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

Software Development Services

Custom software development projects involve planning, design, development and resource allocation. Therefore, payments already utilized for completed work stages are not eligible for refund.

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount may be refunded after verification of the transaction.

Service Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Any eligible refund will be evaluated based on the stage of service delivery, project completion status and resources already utilized.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will normally be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Mithila Tech Academy.
